Paul was brilliant. Boiler packed up on the coldest Saturday this year. He came within 2 hours even though it was a weekend. We had to have new boiler and this was supplied and fitted on the Tuesday. So much quicker than we expected and we were very grateful as it was freezing. Checked all was ok the following day. Really great service, couldn’t fault him.

Absolutely brilliant! We had a complete new central heating system in an old property with lots of problems. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul and his team. He was so helpful and really went out of his way. Highly recommended!

We moved into a new property and the boiler was not working. We called JPL and Paul came out that day to take a look. We required a new boiler and this was installed within 2 days. Paul and his team were friendly, efficient and explained the the new central heating system to us. We would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Excellent service - from phone call to repair completed, less than one hour (and that included time to get the parts and between a busy day of jobs)! Efficient and friendly and a good price - will certainly use again/recommend.

Paul and his team removed my old gas boiler and installed a new Logic Heat H18 boiler within only 6 hours. They cleaned up after completing the work and disposed of the old boiler. It was a pleasure dealing with Paul and without doubt we will use JPL Heating Ltd for our annual central heating service as well as any future plumbing needs. Paul is a very good communicator and easy to get in contact with even when he is very busy. We wish JPL Heating Ltd well and hope the business continues to expand in North Wales.

Paul is great to deal with, really pleasant, good communicator, efficient, very tidy worker...he was happy to do several 'small' jobs despite him being extremely busy...and at a reasonable price so I'm delighted.
I fully recommend him and will definitely use him again.

I had to get a boiler in ASAP, I called JPL and he was extremely prompt and utterly professional from start to finish. I had a gas boiler changed to a combi boiler. Given the age of the house this job had it challenges. Paul and his team did not stop, removing the old cylinder and draining the header tank from the loft which was not easily accessible. He genuinely did his best to save me money too, which is always a bonus. He fitted the Hive controls and showed me how to use it, the service was fantastic.
I think if you live in North Wales and don't call JPL then perhaps your plumber isn't as good as mine.

Our boiler developed a fault early moring. Called JPL and he came out 3 hours later, fixed with a smile in 30 mins so very pleased with that on a cold day. Will be using for our annual service and will not hesitate to reccommed to our friends and neighbours - Dirka
Wow, Fantastic service, one of our pipes burst and he came out straight away on a Friday evening at around 9pm. he replaced the pipe immediately. As I have adults with disabilities, i was worried i wouldn't get anyone until Monday, with no water it would have been a very stressful period of time. So I was thrilled when Paul said he would come straight away and fixed the problem. Highly Recommended.
